You can call me Eva. I am currently living Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I am a driven and customer-centric product designer with a background in the service industry. Having spent the past 5 years working as the first point of customer contact in Qatar Airways, Din Tai Fung and IKEA, uncovering people’s needs and providing a solution to their problems has become my special power.
My design journey began while working as a cabin crew member at Qatar Airways. During my flights, I often found myself daydreaming about designing products and services that would enhance the user experience onboard. This led me to pursue a Master's degree in Media Innovation in the Netherlands, where I was fortunate enough to work on various projects from start to finish. This experience ignited my love for the design thinking process and creating tailor-made digital solutions to meet user needs.
As a self-motivated designer, I am constantly growing and evolving, always seeking new opportunities to challenge myself. I am currently working at Software Improvement Group as a UX Specialist, where I improve the user journey and product workflow. I value team collaboration, recognizing that no single person is responsible for the success of a product. However, I am also a self-starter who can work independently and seek help if necessary.

My design style is versatile, and I often favor simple and minimalist designs, though I also enjoy exploring and experimenting with colors. Regardless of my approach, I always ensure that I can justify my design choices to stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability
I am flexible and adaptable, recognizing that projects can be unpredictable and subject to change. As such, I value agility and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders, taking feedback and critiques into account to deliver optimal solutions in the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the design industry.
